It was only a week ago, I joined a very insightful event called:
Indonesia Novartis BioCamp 2013.
I felt so lucky I was selected as one of its 26 finalists from various universities in Indonesia.
What can I learn from that event? I must say it’s a lot.
We got overview of health industry, especially Indonesia pharmaceutical industry.
We visited very sophisticated Novartis plant, Eijkman Institute, etc.
Even we obtained valuable informations directly from the experts!
Did I mention yet this event is also a competition?
We have to make a business plan based on specific case and this year’s case is about Myelofibrosis.
Honestly, even me as a dentist never heard of it before.
And yes, our DiFib group unexpectedly won the best group presentation. (So much fun to have you guys! -Lia, Dewi, Nisa and Erwin-)
Haha, you have no idea about how we improvised “our plain and ordinary presentation slides” to, at least, catchy presentation.
Well, finally the best participants are announced.
My room mate: Rudy from UI, and my PMBS mate: Merry will go to Novartis International BioCamp 2013 as Indonesia representatives. Good luck guys!
Thank you Novartis Indonesia!
