Saw it at Aksara bookstore, yeah sightseeing as usual.
And I found this book.
Wow! Scott Schuman is really a genious, right?
It’s just simple, collection of people photographies with their own street fashion.
But this idea of simplicity without too much efforts is really exciting.
I’m not a fashion freak anyway, but you can imagine those people captured mostly are not professional models.
They are just people with their own edgy styles, then Scott Schuman clicks the shutter, voila!
Such great pictures were then created.
New York and Milan streets really are good location to make great photographies.
So if you are all curious, you can see them at his The Sartorialist blog.
For alternatives, you can see another book with different own styles, Facehunter by Yvan Rodic.
Also you can see them at Facehunter blog.
Not enough? Hey there is Nylon Street View to accomplish your need!!
Hmmm, I consider street photography as next “project”, it’ll be nice.
Two movies for your weekend!
This one contains three stories in one movie you don’t wanna miss.
All stories show the relationship between Japanese and Taiwanese, who keeps using their own language and it makes the film interesting.
Those three stories took place in three different cities: Tokyo, Taipei, and Shanghai.
So this one is really fun to watch, Thai movie.
All you have to do is just sit down and enjoy it, you’ll be amused.
Too cheesy and lightweight movies? Nah, sometimes you just need entertaining stuffs, don’t be so serious.
So, happy watching then!
This one is quite tricky shot, captured on June ’10.
The person is the famous Addie M.S. from Twilite Orchestra.
He conducted the orchestra like, very, energetic with so many conducting movements.
Another thing is, when he was finally standing still like stone (which gives me chance to click), the music became silent and I couldn’t click the shutter, otherwise I would disturb the show.
So it is just so hard to got this shot.
Failed to capture the luxurious Symphonia Hall, a bit stiff on his expression, but yeah it’s quite OK.
